VitForza manufactures in Italy, where food-supplement law, pharmaceutical-grade dosing and sports nutrition have grown up alongside each other for decades.
That inheritance shows up as a habit rather than a slogan: nothing leaves the building without a number attached to it. Identity, protein content, heavy metals, microbiology, stability. A batch that cannot answer for itself does not ship.

Formats
Seven ways to deliver a dose.
The format is a formulation decision, not a packaging one. We will tell you when the one you asked for is the wrong one.
Powder tub
HDPE, induction-sealed, with a scoop dosed to the serving. The format for protein and creatine at volume.
Softgel
For oils and anything that oxidises when it meets air. Amber bottle where light is the risk.
Hard capsule
HPMC or gelatin. The default for powdered actives and for blends that need to stay separate until they are swallowed.
Tablet
Direct compression or granulation, film-coated where taste or light demands it. The efficient choice at volume.
Stick pack
Single-dose powder, taken without water. Strong performer where compliance matters more than cost.
Sachet
Multi-gram doses that will not fit a capsule. Shipped flat, which changes your freight maths.
Bulk powder
Blended, sieved and homogeneity-tested, delivered in sacks for your own filling line.

Six stages. A batch moves forward only when the stage before it has closed.

Intake
Raw material arrives under quarantine against a supplier dossier. Nothing enters the production floor on trust alone.

Identity
Organoleptic check, then analytical identity, heavy metals, pesticide residues and microbiology against pharmacopoeial limits.

Formulation
Dose design, excipient system, overage for stability, and a compatibility study for every actives pairing in the blend.

Manufacture
Production under controlled temperature and humidity, with in-process weight and hardness checks logged through the run.
05
Release
Finished-product assay and a certificate of analysis tied to the lot number printed on the pack.
06
Dispatch
Palletised and shipped with the full documentation pack: COA, specification sheet, allergen and technical data.

Compliance
The paperwork is the product.
Every reference we make is notified to the Italian Ministry of Health before it goes to market, and every claim on the label is drawn from the permitted list. We keep the dossier so that your customs, your buyer and your regulator all get the same answer.
